Ali Khan and Anjan Bose, “The Electricity Sector in United States“:

This work is an effort to analyze current issues facing the electricity sector in United States in reference to the
ongoing transition towards decarbonization of the U.S. economy. The focus is to highlight regulatory issues that
will not be solved through progress in technical areas. It seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of the current U.S.
Government’s energy policy towards the electricity sector to identify where improvements are required.
