Morning Session
Over 200 attended the all-day celebration which began in the morning with a light breakfast served in the Engineering Teaching Research Building (ETRL) followed by lab tours in both ETRL and the Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Building (EME). These tours showcased ESIC’s cutting edge research and our power engineering teaching labs, featuring state of the art machines used to train the engineers of tomorrow. Throughout the morning, students engaged with the guests during the poster session featuring research ranging from clean energy, cybersecurity of the grid, and finding ways to protect our power systems worldwide. The morning session was capped off with a lunch served in the courtyard of ETRL where guest enjoyed a lovely fall afternoon.
