2020 Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities

 

All exhibitor spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Exhibitors will be notified of their booth location in January.

SPONSORSHIPS

Reception Sponsor (3) – $5,000

  • Exhibit booth space with 2 staff registrations ($1,000 value)
  • First choice of booth placement based on timestamp of sponsorship purchase
  • 6 complimentary PEAC/ESIC 2020 registrations ($3900 value)
  • Company logo on conference homepage and sponsor page with link to your organization’s website
  • Company logo on poster displayed at reception
  • Company logo (large size) printed on front of conference program and exhibitor listing
  • Opportunity to include a brochure or other promotional item in attendee registration packets
  • Verbal acknowledgement as Reception Sponsor during conference welcome

Lunch or Breakfast Sponsor (5 – 1 Sold) – $2,500

  • 4 complimentary PEAC/ESIC 2020 attendee registrations ($2600 value)
  • Company logo (medium size) on the sponsor page of conference website with link to your organization’s website
  • Company logo (medium size) printed on front of exhibitor listing
  • Table tents with company logo on each dining table during meal service
  • Verbal mention as a meal sponsor during conference welcome on day of service

Break Service Sponsor (4) – $1,500

  • 2 complimentary PEAC/ESIC 2020 attendee registrations ($1100 value)
  • Company logo (small size) on the sponsor page of conference website with link to your organization’s website
  • Company logo (small size) printed on front of exhibitor listing
  • Table tents with company logo on food and beverage tables
  • Verbal acknowledgement as a meal sponsor during conference welcome on day of service

EXHIBITORS

Exhibitor – $1000 (increases to $1250 after January 31, 2020)  17 spaces remaining

  • 10′ x 10′ exhibit booth with
    • 8 ft table with black linen tablecloth
    • 2 chairs
    • 6 electrical outlets on a power strip (if additional electrical is needed, contact us for quote)
    • 2 booth staff registrations (any additional booth staff register at the regular conference rate)
  • Selection of booth placement, based on registration timestamp
  • Company name and description listed in exhibitor program
Exhibitor – $2000  (S O L D – no spaces remaining)
  • 20′ x 20′ exhibit booth with
    • Two 8 ft tables with black linen tablecloths
    • 4 chairs
    • 12 electrical outlets on 2 power strips (if additional electrical is needed, contact us for quote)
    • 3 booth staff registrations (any additional booth staff register at the regular conference rate)
  • Selection of booth placement, based on registration timestamp
  • Company name and description listed in exhibitor program
